I can't believe I never knew this place was here I had the rib eye and the shrimp and didn't need any steak sauce. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I always ask for med rare but closer to rare since almost every restaurant messes it up. My husband had the chicken fried steak and he loved it. Salad was fresh. The staff was super friendly. We'll be back for sure

Don't waste your time. We were traveling and stopped for lunch. Water tasted like feet smell and when we mentioned it they responded, "oh, yeah...we know. It's like that around here." And no, they didn't offer bottled water. The food, mercifully-based on the water, had no real taste at all. Based on the crowd, locals seemed to love it. If, however, you've had any exposure to good food this place will NOT work for you.

We went to try something new in the area. It is not the biggest restaurant but it has a good amount of seating. The staff was nice and helpful. I can definitely say we will be going back there is a couple things i would like to try but my wife fell in love with the cobbler pie. Pricing is not bad as well.

Had the. Grilled chicken salad. The chicken tasted just like it was grilled outside. Delicious! I also liked the fact that they have the old fashioned French dressing, which I got. You rarely find it in restaurants anymore. It was a bit smoky in the restaurant, so their exhaust system isn't very good, likely because it's an old building.

Go hungry. The lunch specials are reasonably priced between $6.50 and $8.50 and you won't be left wanting. I also highly recommend the cobbler. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Staff are friendly and attentive.
